Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your order. Orders are sent with USPS Priority Shipping. You will receive the tracking number once the package is on the way to you. It takes about 2-5 days to arrive depending on the destination. 

International shipping

International orders are sent with USPS First Class International Shipping, DHL or UPS - based on your choice at checkout. You will receive the tracking number once the package is on the way to you. Unfortunately, tracking is not closely monitored by every dispatch station therefore accurate shipping status cannot be guaranteed. Zegzug.com is not responsible for any occurring import custom fees. Furthermore zegzug.com cannot take responsibility for postal damages, delays or lost packages outside the United States.
