Should you experience flaws caused by shipping, or the product is not the one you’ve ordered, you may return the item in the original package and another one will be sent to you. Or should any unconventional damage arise during appropriate use, send it back and we are happy to replace the product. There are some products that cannot be replaced, please read the product description carefully.
