Shipping and returns
After receiving your order, please inspect the items before use. Should you experience flaws caused by shipping, or the product is not the one you’ve ordered, you may return the item in the original packaging and another one will be sent to you. Or should any unconventional damage arise during appropriate use, send it back and we are happy to replace the product. In case of one-of-a-kind and clearance items cannot be replaced.
Money refund once the package is shipped, is not available. Please place your order responsibly.
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Orders are sent with USPS Priority Shipping. You will receive the tracking number once the package is on the way to you. It takes about 2-5 days to arrive depending on the destination.
International orders are sent with USPS First Class International Shipping, unless otherwise requested. You will receive the tracking number once the package is on the way to you. Unfortunately, tracking is not closely monitored by every dispatch station therefore accurate shipping status cannot be guaranteed. ZegZug is not responsible for any occurring import custom fees. Furthermore ZegZug cannot take responsibility for postal damages, delays or lost packages outside the United States.
